Winter

Martin and I have more than sixty years of combined skiing and guiding experience that has taken us to the snowy realms of the European Alps, North America, Scandinavia, Russia, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We simply love skiing. So we specialise in finding the best conditions.

That's why we offer plenty of different winter experiences so that hopefully you can experience the same joy in that cold white fluffy stuff!

We offer off-piste guided skiing and instruction using the lifts in La Grave, Chamonix or further afield in Engelberg and Andermatt just to name a few of our favourite locations.

Fancy skiing two seasons in a day - experiencing winter powder and summer corn snow? Then come on a 'spaghetti tour', crossing the Vallée Blanche into Italy. This is just one of many one day ski touring possibilities.

From early spring the randonnée season gets underway for everyone from the off piste novice (the Aiguilles Rouges in the Chamonix valley is a perfect environment for gaining confidence on your first ski tour) to the seasoned randonneur with hut-to-hut journeys such as the classic Chamonix to Zermatt Haute Route being one of many ultimate aspirations.

If you seek crowd-free quality powder - Heliskiing options are available throughout the season in Valgrisenche, Italy or the Rhone Valley, Switzerland . Go to the heli-skiing page to find out more about skiing powder in exotic locations, all year round!

Stay tuned to this site - in the future we will be offering scheduled 'steep ski camps' - a chance to experience some of the famous steep lines and couloirs around Chamonix and La Grave. We already have up and running tailored women's weeks - giving you the opportunity to hone your skills in the company of like-minded female ski enthusiasts.

To round off our programme we offer ski mountaineering instruction with a focus on avalanche hazard and mountain awareness for those of you wishing to develop greater independence and decision making skills for venturing safely into the back country.
